Have you seen a property on our site that you would like to apply for? There are a few simply to steps involved to help get you into a perfect Home.
Here are the steps to apply for a property:
- Contact the agent to discuss the features of the property.
- Arrange for a time to view the property.
- Fill in the Tenancy Application Form and submit it to the Property Manager for review. Ensure that you provide a copy of your ID and income statements.
- A Property Manager will be in contact with you to discuss the success of your application.
If Successful:
- You will need to leave a Holding Deposit (Equivalent to 1 weeks Rent). This will secure the property for you while you finalise the Bond Lodgement.
- Once you have lodged the Bond money we will organise a lease to be drawn up and signed.
